Mindfulness & Meditation Courses

Refunds

You will be entitled to a full refund if Zen Mindfulness cancels or re-schedules a course.

You will also be offered the opportunity to request a full refund at the end of Session 1 of the course you have started; either Mindfulness & Meditation for Health & Wellbeing and Mindfulness & Meditation for Insight, in case you have decided the course is not for you. Please contact Julie on 07737 945 014 within 24 hours of Session 1 ending to request the refund.

Requests for a refund in any other situation can be sent to julie@julielovelock.co.uk and will be considered. You will receive a reply to your refund request within 7 days.

You will not be entitled to a refund once 24 hours has elapsed since Session 1 of the course you have started; either Mindfulness & Meditation for Health & Wellbeing and Mindfulness & Meditation for Insight. Video recordings of each session are made available for a month after the course has finished to cater for any session you are unexpectedly unable to attend.

Transfers

You will be offered the option to transfer your payment to another course if Zen Mindfulness re-schedules.

Requests to transfer to the same course being delivered on different dates will usually be granted and can be sent to julie@julielovelock.co.uk for consideration. You will receive a reply to your transfer request within 7 days.
